What is the best way to contact you?
The best way to reach us is email. We check our email rather often, and will usually reply within 1 working day, but generally within a few hours. Our email address is info@cheekyweaselcakes.com. We can also be reached by phone at 920-246-9254, Monday-Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Central Time. Please leave a message if we are unable to answer, since due to the nature of our business, we are frequently unable to answer but will return your call as soon as possible.
Where is Cheeky Weasel Cakes Dog Bakery located?
We are located in the city of Green Bay, WI. We are a home-based business, and therefore do not have a storefront.
How many treats are in a bag?
The number of treats in each bag varies greatly, depending on the flavor, shape and size. In general, in a 12 oz bag there are 20-28 Regular size treats, and 60-85 Mini size treats.
What is the best way to store Cheeky Weasel Cakes Dog Treats?
Our treats can be stored at room temperature, and are best in a loosely covered container. Because our treats are baked hard, they are guaranteed fresh for 2 months, and are likely fine to eat for up to 6 months. Decorated treats should be stored away from heat or sunlight so the icings do not soften or smear. If they do, though, they are still fine to eat.
Can Cheeky Weasel Cakes Dog Treats be shipped?
We are happy to ship your treats to you! Currently we use the United States Postal Service to ship. Orders are usually received within 2-3 days of shipment (if using Priority Mail). We do not ship outside of the United States. We are also unable to sell treats to customers in Vermont because of the regulations the State of Vermont has on pet treats. Our business is too small to afford the expense of registering all of our treats in the state of Vermont. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How long after ordering can we get our treats?
We will generally have your treats ready for pick-up or shipment within 1 week of ordering, usually less. During the holidays, or occasionally when there is an extra large volume of orders, it may take up to 2 weeks.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payment through PayPal if you are paying with credit card (Visa or MasterCard). You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. We can also email an invoice for you to pay with PayPal. We also accept cash or check for local orders (Green Bay area). If you are ordering online and would prefer to mail a check for your order, we will wait for it to clear before shipping your order. Our mailing address is: 1051 Roscoe Street, Green Bay, WI 54304.
